⏱️ What is the manufacturing time? Each Zarlor Loop creation is handmade after your order is received. Please allow 2 weeks for manufacturing, plus delivery times. Ready-to-ship products are dispatched within 48h.

🎨 How do I choose my colors? When ordering, you can indicate your color preferences directly on the product page.

🧶 Is the yarn used of good quality? Yes! All my creations are made with 100% Oeko Tex certified cotton yarn, free from harmful substances, soft on the skin, and environmentally friendly.

📦 Can I return a personalized product? In accordance with the law, custom-made and personalized products cannot be returned or refunded. However, ready-to-ship products can be returned within 14 days of receipt, in their original condition.

🔧 What if my product has a defect? If your order has a defect or does not match what you ordered, please contact me within 48 hours of receipt at hello@zarlorloop.com

🚚 At what amount is shipping free? Shipping is free for purchases of 100 € or more, in France and throughout the European Union. Below this amount, shipping costs are 6.99 € in France and 12 € in Europe.

🌸 How do I get the free flower clip? For any order equal to or greater than 70 €, a flower clip will be included in your package — automatically, no code needed! 🎁

🌍 Do you deliver outside Europe? For now, Zarlor Loop only delivers to metropolitan France and countries in the European Union. Other destinations may be added soon!

💳 What payment methods do you accept? We accept payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, and Shop Pay, via our secure Shopify Payments system.
